- If the payment was made with net banking or a credit/debit card, the reimbursement will be deposited to the bank account. If you paid using another method, the refund amount will be cleared by cheque.
- If many bookings were made from the same user account and all of them were cancelled, the cheque will be issued in the name of the person whose name is registered in the user account associated with our website.
